Insurance
In
addition to the above listed services for the installation of your
manufactured or modular home, we also offer homeowners insurance
with American Modern Insurance. This is available to anyone who owns
a manufactured or modular home, even if you didn't buy a home
from us.

Real Estate Services
In 2005 Ideal Homes Realty, LLC was created
to help our clients looking for land on which to place their new
manufactured or modular home. We also have helped many clients
find a "resale" home if a new manufactured or modular home was not
the right choice for them. Tom Ross is the Qualifying Broker
for Ideal Homes Realty, LLC and agents Debbie Ross and Mary Dean
Sosbee are agents under Tom's brokerage license. Our primary
focus with our real estate company is to be a Buyer's Agent - that
is - to represent our client and their best interests when buying
land for their new home or when purchasing a home listed for sale.
