Once a loan has been approved for you, we'll help you find land if you don't have land already.  We have licensed real estate agents on staff to help through this process.

After we determine where your new home will be located, we'll meet you at the building site and discuss home, well, septic, driveway locations and other important things we need to know before considering the home installation. 

We will coordinate all aspects of your home installation including obtaining all necessary permits, clearing, grading, well, septic system, concrete foundation & block wall, electrical meter base, decks or covered porches, air-conditioning, driveway gutters and more.

Your home installation will be photographed and inspected throughout the entire process and when it's all done, you'll receive a CD containing digital photographs of your home installation.

You should also know that only licensed and fully insured tradesmen are used by Ideal Homes of Griffin for your home installation.  On average, the contractors working for Ideal Homes of Griffin have been with us for at least five years.  They have a  proven record for superior workmanship and service. Even with that, we have a saying at Ideal Homes of Griffin "Inspect what you expect", and that's why we visit our job sites on a regular basis to insure quality control.
